1. Returns
You may return any unused or unopened item purchased from Groom Vibe within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with the original packaging intact.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at contact@groomvibe.com to request a return authorization.
- Provide your order number and reason for the return.
- Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return your item(s) and where to send them.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to confirm that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return instructions above and indicate the item you would like to exchange it for. Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@groomvibe.com with photos of the damage or defect. We will provide further instructions on how to proceed with a return or exchange.
